Please read carefully:Your booking allows 1 child and maximum 2 adults to attend the session, if additional adults would like to attend a session please make sure you contact So Curious for confirmation of this prior to your session to see if this can be accommodated. We also require all adults and children using the play area to remove footwear and to wear sock please. As the staff team have a 30 minute gap to clean/tidy and refresh the cafe during sessions please only arrive 5 minutes early (or less) our cafe front door will be closed until 5 minutes before.

Cancelation of a session: If you do wish to cancel a session after booking we are unable to offer any refunds, however if 24 hours notice is provided we will happily move your paid session (stay and play only) to a different date subject to availability (booking must be in the same week- bookings are not able to transfer into a different week) , this must be booked at the time of your cancellation. Anything less than 24 hours notice means that we will not be able to transfer your session to another date.

So Curious provides a fun, safe and exciting place for children and adults to come together and socialise in a relaxing and inviting environment. Our play facilities pose minimal inherent risk such as, but not limited to falling, bumping, tripping over objects, furniture or other people/children around the café/studio. The staff team will take appropriate steps to risk asses and minimise any accidents happening however parents/adults bringing their children along to So Curious must recognise and accept the risk upon entry and agree to supervise their children at all times, this includes whilst being on the studio floor, entering and leaving the building, whilst eating and the use of our bathrooms.

Our sessions are set times meaning that during this time play/food and drink can be consumed. Once your session time finishes, So Curious will fully close and all families must leave site to allow our team to set up for the next session.

So Curious accepts no liability of loss (including theft) or damage or personal injury unless due to our negligence or own breach if duty.

When entering the play area can we please ask were possible that you and your little one take their shoes off and no hot drinks or food to be taken in to the play area.

Only food and drink purchased at So Curious can be consumed on site- this is for both adults and children on stay and play sessions, private events and classes. If your little one has an allergy please let us know on arrival and we will also be happy to accommodate this along with any food requirements (likes/dislikes/sensory needs and more)

When creating an account with Class for Kids for booking sessions, you agree to receive weekly emails/updates on classes and events at So Curious. If you do not wish to receive emails/updates please email us directly and you can be removed off the mailing system.
