Please read carefully: There must be enough space in each session for the number of children attending. For example 1 child to 2 adult to attend. If additional adults would like to attend a session please make sure you contact So Curious for confirmation of this prior to your session. We also require all adults and children using the play area to remove footwear and to wear sock please

Cancelation of a session: If you do wish to cancel a session after booking we are unable to offer a refund, however if 72 hours notice is provided we will happily move your paid session (stay and play only) to a different date subject to availability (booking must be in the same week- bookings are not able to transfer into a different week) , this must be booked at the time of your cancellation. Anything less than 72 hours notice means that we will not be able to transfer your session to another date. Please note When booking an event or teacher led class we are unable to refund or transfer any cancellations.

Reminder: Our stay and play class prices refund will deduct the booking transaction fee from your refund.

So Curious provides a fun, safe and exciting place for children and adults to come together and socialise in a relaxing and inviting environment. Our play facilities pose minimal inherent risk such as, but not limited to falling, bumping, tripping over objects, furniture or other people/children around the café/studio. The staff team will take appropriate steps to risk asses and minimise any accidents happening however parents/adults bringing their children along to So Curious must recognise and accept the risk upon entry and agree to supervise their children at all times, this includes whilst being on the studio floor, entering and leaving the building, whilst eating and the use of our bathrooms.

Our sessions are set times meaning that after your paid session children and families can use the café area as long as there is adequate space for families arriving on who are booked on the next session, however your child will not be able to join in the next session unless you have booked/paid for. An adult must remain on site at all times.

So Curious accepts no liability of loss (including theft) or damage or personal injury unless due to our negligence or own breach if duty.

When entering the play area can we please ask were possible that you and your little one take their shoes off and no hot drinks or food to be taken in to the play area.

Only food and drink purchased at So Curious can be consumed on site- this is for both adults and children on stay and play sessions, private events and classes. If your little one has an allergy please let us know on arrival and we will also be happy to accommodate any food requirements.

When creating an account with Class for Kids for booking sessions, you agree to receive weekly emails/updates on classes and events at So Curious. If you do not wish to receive emails/updates please email us directly and you can be removed off the mailing system.
